Trash/Recycling Services

You may place your regular household trash (no large items, no recyclables) in the back halls no earlier than Sunday night and Wednesday night for pickup by the cleaning staff the following day.

Plastics #1 and #2, glass, cans, office paper, and newspaper can be recycled in the bins next to the dumpster (place into labeled bins according to type of material). See recycling details

The dumpster is emptied every Tuesday and Friday. The recycling is picked up every Tuesday.

Fix Radiators for Control Over Heat

You can fix your radiators to achieve fine-grained control over the heat in your unit during the heating season. Details available here.

Window Washing

Crystal Clear Window Washing does a very good job. Phone 617-277-0994, located at 560 Heath St, Brookline MA, 02446. Cost is $10-15/window; call for a free estimate.

Window Replacement

ProWindows, located in Waltham, was used both by Deborah Lindeman and Scott and Candace Plotkin. The owner is Jeff Fisher. His prices were competitive, and he was willing to work on the price a bit. The installers were good, courteous, and professional. The phone number is (781) 647-9225. Deborah Lindeman went with wood windows, and while she's mostly satisfied, she thinks the Plotkins are happier with the overall experience of having installed vinyl.

Electricians

Condo owners can request their condo insurance certificate (needed when refinancing or in some other cases) by contacting the property manager
